Job Overview
As a Health care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalised care to residents within Grove Lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Duties
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the PCS system Engage resident's in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental well-being.
Qualifications
NVQ is a bonus but not essential Inhouse induction and training will be given
