As a HCA you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of individuals by helping them with daily activities and personal care. This position requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to follow care plans effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to care plans. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and families. Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately. Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping are essential. A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients and their families

Pay: 12.21-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
