Job Description
Fairfield Nursing Home need Dynamic, flexible, caring and enthusiastic health care assistants to join our busy nursing home on Days and Nights.
Duties will include providing personal care to vulnerable residents with multiple co-morbidities, continence care, skin care, repositioning of residents and assisting residents with oral fluid and dietary intake including special dietary requirements such as thickened fluids, to also contribute to digital daily notes,
Having Knowledge of end of life care would be a benefit.
In return we offer paid breaks, full training, on going support.
Having a transferrable DBS would be advantageous but not essential as one will be done on site.
