We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals. Support clients in maintaining their independence and promoting their well-being. Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client conditions. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring safe transportation. Use IT systems to update client records and document care activities accurately. Uphold health and safety standards within the care environment, adhering to organisational policies.

Requirements

Experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of developing and following care plans tailored to individual needs. Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
