We are a busy, friendly and well respected Hair & Beauty Salon based in the centre of Stamford. We have been established since 2006 and as part of our exciting plans for
2022 are looking to grow the team.
This opportunity would suit a Level 2 qualified individual who wants to grow their expertise and experience in the sector and is competent with at least 2 years experience since qualifying.

In our busy and recently renovated salon we offer a friendly and inviting atmosphere including a wide range of treatments including - Decleor Facial, IS Clinical facials, Jessica nails, Footlogix, HD brows, brow lamination, Facial Threading, Nouveau Lashes hybrid/classic/Russian lashes, LVL Lashes, Lycon Specialist waxing and massage.

The ideal candidate must be NVQ Level 2 qualified and have a minimum of 2 years experience in salon or at home.

You don't need experience in all of the following but definitely for the role you are applying for:

- HD Brows
- Brow Lamination
- Individual lash extensions
- Eyebrow Threading

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Providing a great customer experience for all clients Providing treatments to perfection Maintain customer relationships and re-book rates Contribute to the team by providing a stimulating and supportive environment, Maintaining allocated area in Salon/Clinic Handling customer enquiries and providing advice as required

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

At least NVQ Level 2 Beauty qualified Demonstrable experience of great customer experience and retaining clients Highly organised and motivated A genuine passion for the sector Tenacious, flexible and hard working Cool, calm & collected in a crisis Customer focused and driven
