About the Role
We're looking for a Communications Officer to help us tell the story of this exciting collaboration. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll lead on communications across a wide range of stakeholders from local communities to national research partners.
You'll work closely with the Data Impact and Implementation Co-ordinator to ensure our public-facing content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with NIHR standards. You'll manage and maintain the HDRC website, track engagement, and promote opportunities for involvement at local, regional, and national levels.
You'll be responsible for implementing the HDRC Communications Plan, including:
Developing engaging newsletter content to share updates, insights, and opportunities from the HDRC
Collaborating with the Council's corporate communications team to create compelling social media posts that amplify our work and reach
Supporting the planning and delivery of events, both large and small, that bring together stakeholders, communities, and partners
You'll also play a key role in inclusive community engagement, ensuring that people from all backgrounds in RCT have a voice in shaping the work of the HDRC.
The role will evolve as the HDRC develops, offering opportunities to contribute to a wide range of exciting and meaningful activities. For more information, please see the job description.
