About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in the University's Academic Registry Office. This varied and interesting role will involve completing a range of tasks:
Providing advice to our HE students through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems
Updating web-based student guidance.
Responsibilities for maintaining our student records and providing support with the production of student assessments.
Responding to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.
About You
Experience of working within busy administrative role
Strong customer service skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with word and Excel
Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure
Attention to detail and desire to ensure accuracy
Ability to work well in a team and without close supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels
Previous experience of higher education
