The Role:

We are looking for a Head Baker who is people and quality focused, loves the joy baking brings to people, and believes in delivering the very best experience for every guest.

If you are an experienced baker with a love for making people happy from our guests to our team then we would love to meet you! You'll set the highest standards for yourself and those around you, and if you are looking for a place to develop your skills and feel at home, then keep reading!

Job Summary

In this role, you'll be key in managing our award-winning sites and ensuring our events run smoothly. Here's how:

Your focus:

Team

Lead and inspire a talented team of bakers and event hosts

Work closely with your Site Managers and fellow Head Bakers

Operations

Oversee the daily running of events so everything flows perfectly

Take care of all event prep and delivery with care and precision

Guest Experience

Host and engage with customers to create unforgettable memories

Share baking knowledge while building a warm, fun atmosphere

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction

Ability to manage events effectively

Experience in hospitality industry preferred

Leadership skills for guiding event staff

Proficiency in baking for event preparation

Prior experience in guest services is a plus
