Job Description

About Us

Cycle Culture is an indoor cycling studio, specialty coffeehouse, and plant shop located in Tooting Bec, SW17. Founded by husband and wife duo Paul and Mili Saini, our goal is to offer a truly high-end experience in every part of what we do. We've carefully designed two distinct yet complementary spaces--our boutique cycling studio and our Scandi-inspired coffeehouse--with meticulous attention to aesthetics, functionality, and detail.

Though the coffeehouse shares a roof with the cycling studio, it proudly stands on its own. It's a space designed not only for our cycling members but also for the wider community--a beautiful, modern environment equipped with top-tier tools for our team to succeed. We've poured our hearts into creating a space we're genuinely proud of, and we're confident you'll find it to be one of the most enjoyable work environments in hospitality.

About Our Family

At its core, Cycle Culture is a family-run business--and we extend that family feeling to our team. We believe that a happy, supported team is the key to our long-term success. That's why we focus on quality over quantity, building a small, close-knit group of passionate individuals who work hard, support each other, and create a positive and uplifting environment together.

The Ideal Candidate

This is a unique opportunity that blends barista duties, food prep, and front-of-house support--perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a dynamic, high-quality setting.

We're looking for someone who:

Brings significant coffee experience and confident food preparation skills. Can create consistent and beautiful latte art--this is a must. Holds (or is willing to obtain) Level II Health & Safety certification. Has a bright, enthusiastic personality and connects naturally with others. Thrives under pressure, stays calm during busy shifts, and never sacrifices quality or service. Can work independently without being micromanaged and shows up with reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.
We're not looking for someone passing through. We're looking for someone who's seeking a long-term part-time role in a great environment with consistent hours and supportive colleagues.

If you're thinking of moving on in a few months, this probably isn't the right fit--and that's okay. But if you're ready to find a "work home," we'd love to hear from you.

As a Front of House & Barista, you'll wear a few different hats and keep the business running smoothly:

Training and development with support from our coffee partner Regular team socials and outings Subsidised gym membership Opportunity to grow with a young, values-driven brand

One Last Thing...

We're invested in the long-term success of our team. The starting pay rate is just that--a starting point. As the business grows, we aim to grow with you. We want our interests aligned and our team looked after, plain and simple.
