We are looking for excellent baristas who lead by example with quality and speed of their coffee.

Job Title: Head Barista and Shift Leader

Experience & Responsibilities:

You are passionate about hospitality and have high standards. Customer service is your forte and you possess the ability to create great rapport with customers and the team. This will help you turn customers into regulars and start to build a community around Patina. You will also encourage your team members to do the same.

You're a fantastic barista and team leader, you know how to get the best out of your team to maximise revenue, productivity and staff morale. You make high quality drinks and ensure the team uphold these too. You will spot any issues fast and be able to provide constructive feedback both during and post shift to correct them.

You will have excellent knowledge of products and standards which you will share with your team through comprehensive and motivating training.

As a shift leader you are experienced in running busy shifts in a fast paced coffee shop. You are an excellent communicator and can solve problems on the spot.
