We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they enter our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to health regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills. Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.40-13.47 per hour
