About the Role

We're looking for a skilled, organised, and motivated

Head Barista

to take charge of the bar at Fiori Cafe. This role requires someone who can deliver drinks to a consistently high standard while managing stock, cashing out, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and drinks at speed. Strong latte art execution is a must. Uphold hygiene standards and complete all required paperwork. Manage stock sheets, assist with ordering, and track stock. Cash up daily and maintain accurate records. Check deliveries and keep stock rotation tight. Lead weekly deep cleans and maintain a spotless bar area. Deliver excellent customer communication. Maintain professional boundaries with team members. Represent the business on social media with professionalism and presence.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year barista experience

with advanced latte art skills. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality. Highly efficient, organised, and confident in a busy cafe environment. Excellent communication skills. Must be 24+ (preferred) and fully available for stated hours. Immediate start available.
