Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils, in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate accounting of sales. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Participate in training sessions to enhance barista skills and knowledge of menu items.

Experience

Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with food safety practices is crucial to maintain high hygiene standards. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions and managing cash flow. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 11.00-13.50 per hour
