Location: Elixis, 123 Gloucester Road, SW7 4TE. 13/hr base + tips & service (approx. 15-16/hr)
Must be available weekends

Head Barista

to join our close-knit team and help us continue delivering exceptional quality and service to our community.

What We're Looking For:

A

coffee expert

with a deep understanding of espresso, milk textures, and brew methods Someone who takes pride in

consistency, cleanliness, and presentation

A strong leader with

excellent customer service

and

team communication skills

Someone confident working with both

junior and senior team members

, helping to guide, support, and elevate those around them A calm presence during busy services, who can lead by example Availability to work weekends is essential
What You'll Do:

Take ownership of our coffee bar, ensuring every cup is exceptional Train, support, and inspire other baristas to reach high standards Maintain a clean, well-organized and welcoming space for customers and the team Work closely with management to improve workflows and guest experience Be a key part of the Elixis team culture -- we're all about

care, quality, and community
