Wild Farm is a farm-to-table restaurant where sustainability, seasonality, and craftsmanship come together in both food and drink. Our menu is inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients from our off-site farm and carefully selected suppliers, and our drinks program mirrors this--offering seasonal cocktails crafted from house-made infusions, preserves, and locally sourced ingredients, alongside a curated wine list that complements the dishes we serve.

We're looking for a skilled and creative Head Barman to lead our bar team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting a seasonal cocktail menu that evolves with the kitchen, while also ensuring the highest standards of service and consistency behind the bar. You'll work closely with the Sommelier and Restaurant Manager to provide a seamless guest experience across drinks, food, and service.

Role Overview

As Head Barman, you will take charge of the bar, overseeing its operations from cocktail creation to staff training and guest engagement. You'll have the opportunity to develop a drinks program that showcases your creativity and passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cocktails. Alongside your work on the bar, you'll also support wine service, ensuring guests have a cohesive and memorable experience.

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-quality, produce-focused or cocktail-driven setting

A strong understanding of cocktail techniques, flavour profiles, and balance

Passion for using seasonal ingredients, house-made syrups, and low-waste practices

Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a small bar team with a hands-on approach

Interest and experience in wine service, with the ability to support a wine-focused dining experience

Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests

Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
