We're looking for a skilled and creative Head Barman to lead our bar team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting a seasonal cocktail menu that evolves with the kitchen, while also ensuring the highest standards of service and consistency behind the bar. You'll work closely with the Sommelier and Restaurant Manager to provide a seamless guest experience across drinks, food, and service.
