We're now looking for a

passionate and talented Head Bartender

to lead the bar at

The Orange

, our iconic pub and dining rooms in the heart of Belgravia. With rustic elegance, a lively neighbourhood atmosphere and a reputation for quality, The Orange is loved by locals and visitors alike - and the bar is at the centre of it all.

The Role

As Head Bartender, you'll bring

energy, expertise and leadership

to this key front-of-house role. From signature cocktails and craft beers to local gins and exceptional wines, you'll set the standard behind the bar - ensuring every drink and guest interaction is memorable.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, inspiring and mentoring the bar team. Crafting cocktails and championing our seasonal drinks list. Delivering confident, warm and engaging guest service. Overseeing stock control, cleanliness, compliance and smooth service. Supporting the management team with training and development. Creating a relaxed yet vibrant bar atmosphere - day and night.

What You'll Need

Experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium venue. Solid cocktail knowledge and a flair for creative mixology. A calm, confident and friendly presence on the floor. Pride in presentation, consistency and standards. Team spirit and ambition to grow with a respected hospitality group.
