Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. Greet customers warmly and take their orders with professionalism and attentiveness. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages. Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere while managing multiple orders during busy periods. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards diligently throughout shift.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous. Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions accurately. Experience in serving drinks or working behind a bar is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organisational skills, including time management, are vital to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude are essential for creating positive guest interactions.
