Head Bartender - The Cavendish, Marylebone

The Cavendish is a lively mix of restaurant, cocktail and wine bar, and classic British pub, all under one roof. We champion seasonal menus, sustainable practices, and great local produce.

We're on the hunt for a Head Bartender who's passionate about cocktails, eager to grow, and ready to lead. Our signature list of drinks changes with the seasons, so creativity is key.

You'll:

Shake up menus with flair and fresh ideas. Motivate and develop a talented team. Work side?by?side with the GM and Head Chef in an independent, expanding venue.
It's a chance to put your stamp on a bar that values sustainability, community, and fun -- with plenty of room to grow your career.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.50-17.50 per hour
