We are currently searching for a passionate and experienced

Head Bartender / Mixologist

to join and help lead our talented team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for more than just mixing drinks; you will be a senior member of staff fully involved with leading & mentoring the team and curating the atmosphere that makes our venue special.

We're looking for someone with a genuine

passion for creating bespoke experiences for a wide range of guests

--from recommending the perfect classic to designing an off-menu drink that makes their night.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the bar team during service, ensuring speed, efficiency, and exceptional quality. Crafting a wide array of cocktails with precision, consistency, and flair. Engaging with guests, acting as a host, and ensuring everyone receives outstanding service. Training and mentoring junior bar staff, sharing your knowledge and passion. Assisting with menu development, stock control, and bar presentation. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety.

About You

We are looking for a skilled individual who is ready to step up from bartender. The ideal candidate will be a creative and confident leader who is passionate about the art of mixology.

Desired Skills & Experience:

A minimum of

2 years of experience

in a busy, quality-focused cocktail bar.

Strong and extensive knowledge

of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern mixology techniques. A demonstrable

passion

for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. A history of leadership of a bar team & knowledge of create

Creativity:

A flair for flavour combinations and drink presentation.

Poise:

The ability to remain calm, professional, and organised under pressure. Availability over the Christmas Period is vital, though we are closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
