The Role: Head Breakfast Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented and passionate Breakfast Head Chef to join our kitchen team in Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious, quality-driven concept, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute an efficient and high quality breakfast service. Food preparation, ensuring consistency and high standards amongst you and your team at all times. Breakfast menu development. Maintain a clean, organized, and highly compliant kitchen. Breakfast stock control. Work closely with the Restaurant team to ensure a collaborative partnership between front and back of house. Ensure breakfast costing is controlled and GP is hit.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Breakfast Head Chef in a high quality restaurant or hotel. Passion for fresh, high-quality food with a creative approach. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
