Live in Head Chef for this busy Pub/ Restaurant on the edge of the New Forest and close to the beaches
Working with the General Manager to devise and cost menus that will suitable for the style of our business
Maintain agreed margins
Assist in driving new business and promoting/marketing our food offers
Cater for the function buffets
Create a Specials Board to develop new ideas for the main menu
Responsible for all ordering, due diligence in the kitchen, team training and maintaining a good speed of service ensuring our customers get quality food at all time's and in a timely manner
Dealing with all suppliers as necessary, and getting best price
A passion for quality food and creating a reputation for excellence is a must
