Franco's Ristorante Pizzeria is reopening, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate

Head Chef

with expertise in Italian cuisine to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our menu, uphold the highest standards, and contribute to the overall success of a beloved local restaurant. The role is set to

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and creating a seasonal, high-quality Italian menu Ensuring all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and in compliance with health and safety regulations Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen and restaurant operations Controlling food and staff costs effectively Leading, mentoring, and supporting kitchen and restaurant staff Continuously looking for ways to improve the business, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen role, with a strong background in Italian cuisine Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of health and safety and food hygiene standards Commercial awareness and the ability to manage costs effectively A creative, passionate, and proactive approach to running a kitchen
