Job Description
California Coffee and Wine is a busy cafe & wine bar situated on Oxford Road, between Hale and Altrincham. We specialise in American-style brunch dishes by day and have an extensive evening menu every Friday & Saturday evening. Our menus can be found on our wesbite: www.californiacoffee.co.uk
We are looking for an organised and passionate head chef to take our kitchen to the next level!
The ideal candidate will:
- Be eager to learn and have a flair for cooking.
- Be super organised with ordering stock and regular deep cleans.
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team to deliver excellent-quality food during a busy service.
- Have knowledge of current health and safety practises and great hygiene and practise this knowledge on the job.
- Be punctual, responsible, and flexible with working hours.
- Have experience working in a busy brunch spot.
- Lead and motivate a team
The shifts are from 07:00 to 16:00 Sunday to Saturday.
