As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation. Responsibilities include:
Creating seasonal, exciting menus with full creative control Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team Managing food costs, stock, and suppliers Ensuring consistently high food quality Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Driving the reputation of the pub through exceptional food
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up Is passionate about great, honest food Brings creativity and confidence to menu development Has strong leadership and organisational skills Thrives in an independent setting with freedom to innovate
