This is the first advert for a head chef posted for The Lamb in for a long time!! Our chefs tend to stay with us!

Below is a generic head chef position- as Head chef I would expect you to know how to lead, train, inspire, cook great food, and do all of the things below!

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in the culinary industry, a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes, and strong leadership skills. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and providing guidance and direction to the kitchen staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and driven individual to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks. Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations. Develop and maintain a menu that meets customer expectations. Order food and supplies as needed. Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques. Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-47,000.00 per year
