What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation, and team management.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team.
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets effectively.
Create innovative seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
A proven track record in menu design, planning, and team leadership.
Strong leadership and management qualities.
Experience with Procure Wizard is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to develop and motivate a team with strong organizational skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards.
Effective communication skills at all levels.
