This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who wants to shape menus, develop a team, and deliver memorable food experiences in a stunning North Yorkshire setting.
What you'll be doing
Leading, training and motivating the kitchen team
Designing seasonal, locally inspired menus for residents, diners and events
Ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
Managing GP, stock, ordering and kitchen budgets
Maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
Working closely with management and front-of-house to deliver a smooth service
We're looking for someone who
Has proven experience as a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Is passionate about fresh, seasonal produce and modern British cuisine
Takes pride in standards, organisation and attention to detail
Leads by example -- calm, supportive, and quality driven
Understands kitchen cost control, compliance and team development
Is flexible and committed, with a positive, collaborative attitude
