We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation while managing a team of skilled cooks.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Train and supervise kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and proper equipment use. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Manage kitchen budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards in food production.

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
