An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy production and banqueting kitchen within a high-quality hospitality venue.
You'll oversee everything from private dinners to large-scale banquets, ensuring exceptional food, smooth service, and a motivated team. The role covers all aspects of kitchen management from menu planning and cost control to staff training and performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in large-scale banqueting and event catering
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- High standards of presentation and consistency
- Confident managing production, planning, and food safety
- 42,000 + approx. 2,000 in tips
- Live-in accommodation with bills and meals included
