An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy production and banqueting kitchen within a high-quality hospitality venue.
You'll oversee everything from private dinners to large-scale banquets, ensuring exceptional food, smooth service, and a motivated team. The role covers all aspects of kitchen management from menu planning and cost control to staff training and performance.
About You:

  • Proven experience in large-scale banqueting and event catering
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • High standards of presentation and consistency
  • Confident managing production, planning, and food safety
