Head Chef wanted for small independent Cafe, Bar and Events business.
Are you looking for your next challenge? We're searching for a passionate and skilled Head Chef to join our 2 busy independent venues - The Kitchen Garden Cafe and Fletchers Bar, a thriving music venue. We also host many different occasions from Weddings to Corporate and Community events.
The food is freshly cooked on our premises with daily specials and a creative range of event menus.
We are looking for someone who has a love of staying ahead of food trends in order to keep our offering fresh and interesting and is experienced in ensuring Kitchen is fully compliant with all health and safety legislation
The role could suit an experienced and ambitious Sous chef looking to step up to the next level.
You will be managing two kitchens and a small team . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu creation, costing and adherence to GP, inventory and waste control along with compliance with all H&S legislation.

Requirements for this Head Chef role:
The skills to deliver high-quality food while managing a busy kitchen, especially during events.
Experience in ensuring kitchens are kept to a high standard and able to ensure compliance with all Health & Safety paperwork.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
