Duties

Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen. Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing strategies. Assist in the planning of special events or themed nights as required.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in team management within a restaurant setting. Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Proficient in culinary techniques with a passion for cooking and food preparation. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
