We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Head Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Assist in preparing a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Support food production processes, ensuring timely and efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Supervise junior staff or trainees when required, providing guidance and support Contribute to menu planning and ingredient selection alongside chefs Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene Support team management by collaborating effectively with colleagues across all sections of the kitchen Assist with serving customers during busy periods, ensuring excellent hospitality standards are maintained Uphold health and safety standards at all times within the kitchen environment

Experience

Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality setting is desirable, including restaurant or catering environments Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety procedures Supervising experience or leadership roles within a culinary context are advantageous Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen organisation Strong team management abilities with excellent communication skills Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations in the hospitality industry Experience in customer service or serving roles is beneficial but not essential; a proactive attitude towards learning is valued.

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
