This is a rare opportunity to shape the food vision for a stadium that hosts world-class rugby, concerts and major events. From premium dining in private suites to large-scale banqueting and innovative non-event day menus, you'll set the standard for excellence.

Your day:

Lead all culinary operations across match days, conferences and special events Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus that reflect the latest food trends Manage and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring top-quality standards Oversee food safety, compliance and cost control across all areas Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and exceed guest expectations Build strong supplier relationships and maintain sustainable sourcing practices

You'll bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, premium environment Strong leadership and team development skills Passion for food innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent organisational and financial management abilities Knowledge of current culinary trends and commitment to sustainability
