Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Develop innovative menus that delight customers and reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and skilled team.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
Collaborate with the operations team to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen environment.
