Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a collaborative, motivated work environment

Oversee all food production activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to meet fine dining expectations
Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimise waste and optimise cost efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen stations
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional dishes that exceed client expectations
Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff rotations, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training in culinary techniques and customer service skills
Skills
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and dietary department protocols
Expertise in menu planning, food production, and food service management
Skilled in inventory management, inventory control, and cost analysis to maximize profitability
Experience with banquet services and large-scale food handling
