We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new, high-quality Italian restaurant opening soon. The Role
As Head Chef, you will have full creative and operational control of the kitchen, working closely with ownership to establish a strong culinary identity rooted in authentic Italian cuisine with a modern touch.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal Italian menus
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Manage food costs, suppliers, and stock control
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute to the overall vision and growth of the business
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (traditional and contemporary)
Leadership skills with a hands-on, positive approach
Passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality cooking
Commercial awareness and cost control experience
Ambition to grow with the business
