A group of hospitality venues has asked me to offer a rare opportunity: owning your own

kitchen within the lovely 25 - bedroom hotel in the beautiful county of Norfolk.

WHO WE ARE

We are a group of UK hospitality venues that are all about quality, affordability and making

people feel at home.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an ambitious chef who really wants to 'own' the space and have complete

freedom to create their dream food offering (excluding drinks).

THE DEAL

The successful applicant will be in charge of all food offerings, including breakfasts, lunches,

afternoon teas, dinners and special occasions.

You will be responsible for delivering a consistent and wonderful experience, paying your BOH

and FOH team and covering all your chosen food service suppliers.

The restaurant can seat over 60 people, plus there is a huge outdoor area and kitchen ready to

be used. And guess what? There are sea views!

The bar is a separate entity, and the hotel management will handle service.

The successful applicant will pay a 16% fee on food revenue, and there is no initial fee.

However, you will need funds to cover your chosen suppliers and staff payments.

should align with the expectations of our family-owned group of venues.

You will have the funds to ensure your team's payment and your chosen suppliers.
