Head Chef Role

We are recruiting for our flagship site, we are an Aussie style Cafe that is celebrating ten years in SW London.

This job is ideal for a young Head Chef or strong Sous looking to make the next step within a great company where you are a name not a number.

You will be working closely alongside the Executive Chef to prepared and presented to company specification.

We are looking for passionate, friendly, hardworking people to help build on what we have and who will love the concept as much as we do.

The Restaurant is based in the SW London area/ Balham

This position is Daytime 7am -5pm with occasional event evening work

The ideal candidate will have

Relevant experience of at least 4 years

Forward thinking and can do attitude to work and team building

A passion for food and kitchen organisation

Be well versed in HACCP labelling, allergens and due diligence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 13.50 per hour plus tips.
