Job Title: Head Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our team in delivering a high standard of food to our customers.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Ensure efficient food production and timely service delivery
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and development
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Creative flair for menu development and presentation

Skills:
- Proficiency in food preparation, culinary techniques, and menu creation
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Experience in high-volume food production and quality control
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
