Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, kitchen porter, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment

Develop innovative menus in line with current trends and customer preferences while maintaining cost control
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise operational efficiency

Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality

Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
