Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food preparation and presentation
Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu development, ingredient sourcing, and portion control

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service times and optimise guest experience

Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment
Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
Demonstrated leadership in team management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Experience in menu planning, restaurant operations, and customer service excellence
Previous roles involving culinary innovation and hospitality service are highly desirable
