At the Lismoyne Hotel we are currently recruiting for our Head Chef role. The Head Chef contributes to our Company goals and values, reporting to the Operations Manager and responsible for the kitchen team and daily operations.
The Lismoyne Hotel is a privately owned 62 bedroom hotel in the heart of Fleet on the Hampshire, Surrey borders. Offering comfortable accommodation with modern facilities. Delicious food and fine wine, coupled with friendly and efficient service help make the Lismoyne experience.
We are looking for..
Proven experience as a Head Chef leading a team to deliver tasty and well presented dishes in a timely manner & taking responsibility for the quality of each and every dish served.
A patient and mature approach to the challenges of a busy, multi-faceted operation
A can-do attitude, leading by example
Ability to prioritise tasks and possess good time management
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes
A confident, self-motivated, driven and professional person with outstanding communication and leadership skills
Ability to demonstrate and share a clear understanding of managing food GP, through effective purchasing, costing and portion control & sound kitchen management
Familiar with food safety management systems, maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene & HACCP processes.
