Head Chef
to lead our kitchen team. This is a rare opportunity for a Head Chef seeking sociable, daytime hours--or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up into their first Head Chef role.The Role
Lead and manage a kitchen team of
3 chefs and a part-time baker
Maintain our5-star EHO food hygiene rating
at all times Have realinput into menus and daily specials
Oversee food quality, consistency, and kitchen standards Support and develop the team in a positive, professional environmentWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to progress Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management Baking experience
preferred but not essential
Organised, calm, and hands-on leadership style Must be able todrive
due to forest locationWhat We Offer
30k salary
, negotiable based on experienceDaytime hours only
40 Hours Per Week Contract
Winter:9:30am - 4:30pm
Summer:9:30am - 5:30pm
Very few evenings
No split shifts
28 days annual leave
