We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our newest project: a fully refurbished, modern Italian restaurant that blends tradition with innovation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a brand-new dining destination from the ground up, bringing your vision, leadership, and culinary expertise to life

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage inventory, suppliers, and budgets to maximise GP without compromising quality Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver smooth, exceptional service

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior role in a similar environment 40-45hr working week accross 4 or 5 days Salary of up to

40,000

comprising of salary plus gratuities Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management and a backround in Italian cuisine. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and Health and Saftey regulations. Food Saftey Level 2 or above Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike.
