Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Chef to join our team at Juice Bros Haverhill. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, health-focused dishes and maintaining excellent food hygiene standards, contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present fresh, nutritious meals and snacks to a high standard. Work with the team to deliver consistent quality and fast service during busy periods. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, safe, and compliant with food hygiene standards. Support with stock management, ordering, and reducing food waste. Assist in developing new menu items aligned with Juice Bros' health-conscious brand. Maintain excellent communication with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Uphold health and safety standards in line with HACCP and company policies.

Requirements

Previous kitchen or chef experience (preferably in a restaurant or cafe Passion for health, nutrition, and fresh food. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. A positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred). Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
