We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess excellent leadership skills to drive culinary excellence.

Duties

- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.

- Maintaining high-quality standards

- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies

- Oversee kitchen scheduling and staff performance evaluations

- Minimize waste and maximise efficiency in kitchen operations

- Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and special events

- Handle customer feedback related to food quality and service

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in a professional kitchen environment

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- Proficient in menu planning, costing, and inventory management

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Relevant culinary qualifications.

40K - 45K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO THE LOCATION

MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
