The Role

We're seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our vision to life. You'll design and deliver seasonal menus that showcase the very best local produce, combining innovation with respect for Jersey's culinary heritage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients from land and sea. Oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, inventory control, and food safety compliance. Build strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen to source premium ingredients. Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team to achieve excellence. Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Manage budgets, food costs, and waste to ensure profitability without compromising quality. Stay ahead of culinary trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior role in a high-quality restaurant. Strong culinary skills and a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Creative flair and ability to craft innovative menus. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and food safety regulations. Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
