fresh-food, high-volume kitchen

25-30k a week
, with a talented brigade, strong supplier relationships, and an audience that expects big flavours, consistency, and a bit of theatre.
You'll have the freedom to
shape the menu
, build your team, and help drive the food vision as we grow across Kent -- a group that rewards bold ideas, honest leadership, and results.
What you'll be doing
Leading a kitchen team delivering 80-120 covers a day across lunch, dinner, and Sunday roasts
Creating seasonal menus using local suppliers
Managing GP, stock, and rota targets without compromising quality
Training and developing your team into future sous chefs
Working alongside the GM to build events, functions, and new food concepts
Driving standards, consistency, and food presentation
What we're looking for
Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up
Confidence managing kitchen financials (GP 65% target, labour 30%)
A calm, positive leader who sets the tone for the team
Pride in plating, prep discipline, and service pace
Creativity, ambition, and respect for the classics
