Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation Specialize in steak and BBQ preparation, from sourcing premium cuts to perfecting cooking techniques Manage kitchen staff, providing training and fostering a positive work environment Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials, with a focus on steak and BBQ Handle inventory and ordering to ensure stock levels are always maintained

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role Expertise in preparing and cooking steak and BBQ dishes to perfection, with knowledge of various cuts, grilling techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
