: Dcb Group Estates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities: - Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of the customers and the business- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they are following all safety and hygiene procedures - Oversee the preparation and cooking of all meals, ensuring that they are of the highest quality - Monitor food costs and ensure that the kitchen is operating within budget - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order - Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner - Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation - Ensure that all kitchen staff are following all safety and hygiene procedures - Ensure that all kitchen staff are properly trained and motivated

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role - Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to manage and train kitchen staff - Ability to plan and develop menus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of team
